If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or refund. Any and all refunds given will be in the form of store credit. Please email us, using the contact page of our web site, with the following information: Your name, your order number, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage.
Any scratched, altered, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production. If damage occurred during shipment we ask that you include a photo of the damaged product in the original shipping container. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are non refundable.
