Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging—basically, just like you got it. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at eljefe@elperropicante.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Heads up: Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Got a problem? Let us know right away if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email us, and we’ll make it right!

Exchanges
If your hot sauce got roughed up during shipping, we’ll replace it for free. Just send a photo to eljefe@elperropicante.com, and we’ll ship out a fresh one ASAP.
Refunds
Once we get and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Banks can be slow, so give it up to 15 days. If it's still MIA, email us!)
